After menstruation: ovulation

After the period, the ovulation phase begins, ideal for those women who are looking to become pregnant. Also, surely in this phase you will feel more beautiful than ever. After ovulation comes the luteal phase, in which the estrogens drop again and you begin to feel more down and sadder. At the same time, some pimples begin to appear, because your skin fat increases.

Due to increased progesterone levels, you are more sleepy than normal. A week before your period, you start to swell and your body’s glucose levels drop. You feel more irritable and sensitive, the period has come again.
